About Strategic Organizational Leadership Academy (SOLA)
SOLA was founded by executive coach and leadership development consultant, Val Baguios, Coach Val set out to form a team of coach and consultants who had global coaching competencies and use it to help Filipino business owners in developing their leaders for every stage of their organizational growth.
SOLA ensures that programs are done in a way that supports the strategic direction of our clients to create clarity, alignment and to build leadership culture that supports the company's mission and goals. Together our team aims to develop purposeful and impactful leaders in every Filipino organization.
Val, the founder of Strategic Organizational Leadership Academy (SOLA), is an International Coach Federation (ICF) certified coach and a Gallup-certified Strengths Coach. He was part of the pioneering batch of the Gallup-certified strengths coaches in the Philippines. He took his Master's degree in Organizational Psychology at the Ateneo de Manila University.
Val has over 10 years of experience in one-on-one executive coaching, strengths and leadership development with leaders, managers, and executives from SMEs and the top organizations in the country, across various industries.
